Hi, my name is Daniel Singer and I am a full stack software engineer with a passion for creative problem solving. I have experience building robust web applications using React and Redux on the frontend, and Rails/PostgreSQL or MongoDB/Node/Express on the backend. I have additional expertise in Wordpress, Shopify, and other content management systems. Recently I created a pixel-perfect clone of Spotify, complete with a custom Postgres database, user authentication, playlist CRUD, live search, and seamless playback (link below).

Background
I have a strong background in software engineering and possess the technical skills and creative insight required to create custom user experiences that are sleek and mobile-friendly.
Front-end
My front-end development experience encompases several tech stacks and client management systems. I love developing dynamic web apps using React and Redux, and am familiar with deployment to Heroku and Firebase, as well as storing assets in the cloud with AWS.
Back-end
I am fluent in several backend technologies, including Ruby, SQL, and NodeJS. I have experience developing with backend development frameworks like Ruby on Rails, and using both relational and non-relational databases, like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
